DD DBX Repair software provides two options to save recovered data.
By default it is set to save the data to local drive.
Click Browse button to select a logical drive in your local disk where you want to restore your recovered emails.
Check "Compress repaired file(s)" box if you want to save the data in compressed form and click OK.
As you click Ok button, the application starts recovering emails from selected .dbx file(s) and restores all found emails in a new folder by name "xxxx recoveredx" in selected destination location. All the found emails will be recovered in a .eml format.
You can now import these emails (.eml files) to Outlook Express folders in the Outlook Express program, or double click the .eml files to read them.
Note: If you have selected multiple .dbx files to repair, then all the recovered emails will be restored in their respective folders in a new folder by name "Recovered dbxX" in selected destination location.
If you are restoring the data in compressed form, then all the emails will be restored in "xxxx Recovered.zip" or if you have multiple .dbx files to be repaired and restored in compressed form then all the emails will be restored in respective zip files in a new folder by name "Recovered dbxX" in selected destination location.
